The Ventresca is the softest and most delicate part of the Bonito del Norte. This is a triangle-shaped area located on the bottom of the fish near the head. The difference of this part comes from its characteristic flavor with a much finer and more delicate palate than the rest, resulting in an exquisite delicacy. These pieces are packed by hand with olive oil and sterilized with great care to offer a product of exceptional quality.
Storage and Care:
Store unopened canned foods in a cool, dry place.
After opening canned products, store the product in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 days.
