Aged with great care for a period of six months, it offers excellent organoleptic (taste, color, smell, and texture) characteristics, the flavor and aroma come together to seduce the most demanding palates. Made with pasteurized milk from select farms of Manchego sheep and guaranteed by the Manchego cheese protected designation of origin. It is the most awarded Corcuera Manchego cheese.
