Creamy cheese and caramelized onion bechamel with Ameztoi farmhouse milk. The bechamel sauce for this Croquette is made very slowly, which is the reason why Ameztoi cooks are able to create a batter that is very creamy and smooth on the palate. Top quality ingredients provides an indisputable flavour to these Cheese and Caramelized Onion Croqueta.
Storage and Care:
- Refrigerated: Fry and ready
- Cooking method in the fryer: Remove the product from the package and dip in plenty of oil at 356ºF (180ºC) for 5 minutes, without overloading the fryer/pan. Let it sit for 2 minutes for the heat to set in.
- Contains gluten, egg, fish, milk and milk derivatives. May contain shell fish, mustard, sulphites and mulluscs.
Ingredients:
Whole pasteurised cows MILK (48%), breadcrumbs [roasted com (com, salt and malt extract), WHEAT flour, water, salt and yeast], grated CHEESE (11%) (sheep's milk salt, rennet and dairy ferments), breading mix (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt and cornstarch), binding agent (WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch), sunflower oil, caramelized onion (3%) (onion, sugar, sunflower oil and salt), pork gelatine, gelling agent methylcellulose and salt.
May contain traces of crustaceans, egg, fish, soya, mustard, sulphites and molluscs.
