White Anchovies in Sunflower Oil - Boquerones. Pujado Solano, 625g

Boqueron - White Anchovy from Santoña, Vizcaya, Spain Quality AAA Mild and light, not salty. Filleted by hand, Healthy and all natural. Freshly plucked from the Atlantic and filleted by hand, these anchovies are marinated in Sunflower oil and white wine vinegar. The vinegar immediately pickles them, sealing in their fresh taste. Sunflower oil is added to introduce a smooth, silky flavor. They are not salty and have a much milder taste than traditional anchovies. 

Storage and Care:

• You must select Express shipping service for this product. For those outside the Ottawa-Gatineau area, please opt for Express shipping. 

• We will pack it with ice packs, although they may thaw during shipping, the anchovies will still maintain a fresh temperature.

• Once you receive it, store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of approximately 5 degrees Celsius.
