Cod & Caramelized Onion Croquettes for Air Fryer & Oven - Croquetas de Bacalao y cebollas caramelizadas para freidora de aire.

GLUTEN-FREE

STORAGE: frozen product. Keep at <-18°C. Pre-fried product.

PREPARATION: Always cook straight from frozen.  Remove the croquettes from the package.

• AIR FRYER: Bake 200 °C - 7 minutes. Remove and leave to rest few minutes. 
• OVEN: Preheat 200°C. Bake 200 °C - 10 minutes. Remove and leave to rest few minutes.
• DEEP FRY: Place croquettes in oil at 190°C, 2:30 min. Remove and leave to rest few minutes. Time depends on the Air Fryer model.

INGREDIENTS: Whole milk (MILK), breadcrumbs [com starch, rice flour, yeast, sugar, invert sugar syrup, salt, olive oil, stabilisers (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and diphosphates and raising agent (sodium bicarbonate)]. binding agent [water, starch and starches, pea protein, salt, maltodextrin, emulsifiers (sodium triphosphate and guar gum), preservative (sorbic acid and colouring agents (paprika extract and riboflavin)], sunflower oil, cod (FISH) (Gadus morhua) (6%), rice flour, potato starch, dextrose, bovine gelatin, onion (1.6%, butter (pasteurized cream (MILK), lactic ferments), tapioca starch and salt.
