Blue Cheese & Walnuts Croquettes for Air Fryer & Oven - GLUTEN-FREE

 INGREDIENTS: Whole milk (MILK), breadcrumbs [corn starch, rice flour, yeast, sugar, invert sugar syrup, salt, olive oil, stabilisers guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and diphosphates and raising agent (sodium bicarbonate)], binding agent [water, starches, pea protein, salt, maltodextrin, emulsifiers (sodium triphosphate, guar gum), preservative (sorbic acid), colouring agents (paprika extract and riboflavin)], sunflower oil, rice flour, potato starch, walnuts (NUTS) (3%), blue cheese (3%) [whole pasteurized cow's milk (MILK), cream (MILK), milk proteins (MILK), salt, rennet, lactic ferments, Penicillium roqueforti], dextrose, bovine gelatin, tapioca starch, salt.

STORAGE: Ultra-frozen product. Keep at <-18°C. Pre-fried product.

PREPARATION: Always cook straight from frozen. (Remove the croquettes out of the package)

• AIR FRYER: Bake 200 °C - 7 minutes. Remove and leave to rest.
• OVEN: Preheat 200°C. Bake 200 °C - 10 minutes. Remove and leave to rest.
• DEEP FRY: Place croquettes in oil at 190°C, 2:30 min. Remove and leave to rest. Time depends on the Air Fryer model.
